Good to know
How coverage works
Coverage is booked as one continuous block of time. For example, if you book me from 10am to 4pm, that's six consecutive hours of coverage.
Wedding coverage follows the same principle. If you'd like photographs from hair and makeup at 8am through to your reception at 5pm, that's nine hours of coverage.
Every booking is different, so if you're unsure how much time you'll need, I'm happy to help build a timeline that works for your plans. Legal break requirements apply where required.
Additional coverage
If your celebrations run longer than expected, additional time can often be added on the day (subject to availability) at $350 per hour.
Travel
Travel within Wellington City is included unless otherwise stated.
Shoots outside Wellington City incur a travel fee charged at the IRD mileage rate or, where applicable, the cost of flights and accommodation.
Studio hire
Where studio hire isn't already included in your package, it's charged separately. Prices vary depending on the studio, booking duration and availability, and are added to your invoice as a separate line item.
Planning
Every booking includes planning via email or phone.
For weddings and brand projects, I also encourage an in-person meeting if you're based in Wellington. If you're elsewhere, we can meet over video call.
Gallery delivery
Every image is individually selected and professionally edited. Typical turnaround times are:
Weddings: 3–4 weeks (up to 6 weeks during peak season).
Events: usually within 2–3 days, sometimes up to 10 days.
Brand & commercial: typically 2–4 weeks.
Events: usually within 2–3 days, sometimes up to 10 days.

If you require a small selection of images sooner for media or publicity, let me know when booking and I'll let you know what's possible. This may incur a rush charge.
